Migraine or headache

Headaches can occur and vary in intensity. Some symptoms associated with headaches are: nausea, sound and light sensitivity and a persistent pain in the head.

Symptoms of migraines can include: severe throbbing, pain or pulsing sensations in one or multiple areas of the head, or even behind the eyes. Migraines can also cause vision impairments and light sensitivity. Migraines may have particular triggers such as: hormonal changes, stress or food and drink sensitivity.

Simple analgesia and other pain management techniques can help to alleviate  these symptoms. Here at HEAL we have a dedicated quiet zone to aid in this management, as well as the capability to provide hydration and medication to address the individual symptoms you are experiencing.
